Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is a new type of motor with excellent performance after the traditional motor,SRM has many advantages,such as simple structure,controllable parameters,wide range of speed regulation and so on.It has been widely used in household appliances,aerospace,electronics,machinery and other fields,especially in the field of electric vehicles,it has become the focus of research in recent years.However,due to the inherent double salient structure of switched reluctance motor,the switched reluctance motor has a large torque ripple at the time of operation,which severely limits its practical application.Aiming at the application of electric vehicle,a 5.5kW,three-phase 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor is used as the control object,based on the analysis of its basic structure and working principle,a new control algorithm,direct instantaneous torque control(DITC),is introduced.The algorithm is based on real-time output torque as the control object,to keep the instantaneous output torque constant.The DITC control strategy is analyzed,and the parameters of the torque hysteresis cell are optimized.Moreover,the power converter module,DITC control module and PI speed regulation module are built by using Matlab/Simulink platform,Simulation results show that the DITC algorithm can effectively control the stable operation of switched reluctance motor.The hardware circuit with STM32F051 chip as the control core is designed,including power conversion,drive,position detection,current detection,voltage detection part,based on the KEIL5.0 platform,using C language to write the switched reluctance motor DITC algorithm procedures,mainly introduces interrupt service program,motor speed measurement program and motor position measurement program,completes the control of switched reluctance motor under the DITC algorithm is completed,the relevant experimental waveforms are obtained by using an oscilloscope,the results verify the feasibility of the direct instantaneous torque algorithm.
