The switched reluctance motor(SRM)develops rapidly and has become a hot topic in the present.Switched reluctance motor has become a research hotspot because of its simple struct ure and reliable performance.But when the motor is actually working,there are often large torque pulsation,higher noise and mechanical vibration.Torque pulsation is one of its major drawbacks.When the motor operates at a low speed,the torque ripple phenomenon is very significant.At present,this phenomenon is mainly solved in the following two ways.First,researchers have reduced the torque ripple by optimizing the motor configuration.Second,using appropriate control strategies to improve the torque ripple phenomenon.Therefore,in this paper,we mainly by studied the control strategy to optimize the motor torque ripple phenomenon and improve the performance of the system.This paper analyzes the basic working principle of SRM,describes the mathematical model of SRM,and briefly analyzes the relationship between electromagnetic torque and inductance,current,and position in a linear model.Because the stator and rotor structure of the motor is composed of a convex core,this results in a more pronounced torque ripple phenomenon when the motor operates during the commutation phase.Therefore,this paper applies the idea of direct instantaneous torque control strategy(DITC),and then analyzes its basic principles.In addition,this subject has introduced a PWM-DITC control method on the basic control concept of DITC.This method controls the output torque according to the change of torque error through the PWM voltage regulation algorithm.Through simulation and analysis,it is proved that this method can improve the occurrence of torque ripple phenomenon of the motor and the system is optimized.The control system is a double closed-loop control,in which the PI controller is usually adopted for the outer speed loop,but its performance is not very stable.In this paper,the fuzzy-PI? adaptive fractional-order controller is introduced into the speed outer loop,and the performance index of the system is optimized.This paper uses MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to build a simulation model and write a control algorithm and make a relevant analysis of the simulation results.The hardware experiment platform with the TMS320F28335 control chip as the core is set up,and The relevant components are selected for description.lt contains the topology of the power converter circuit,the driver chip,the current sensor selection and so on.The software design includes the main program and various interrupt service programs.The PWM control experiment is completed and the experimental results are explained,laying a solid foundation for the follow-up work.
