With the rapid development of society,the pressure of competitive in various industries has gradually increased.It is not only the competition of quality,efficiency and customer satisfaction,but also the pursuit of greening for sustainable development of human beings.This paper takes the automobile drive axle as an example,based on the research of green products by domestic and foreign researchers,applies the green design to the modular design of driving axle,and forms the green research of the driving axle,expecting to change the green status of driving axle from the source.In the research of green modular design,there are some problems,such as how to take into account the overall and local effects,how to deal with the relationship between the two criteria of function,green criteria,and how to evaluate the two attributes comprehensively.According to these problems,this paper proposes a green module partition method to partition the driving axles of automobiles.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,researched the green module partition of driving axle based on analytic hierarchy process.This paper introduces the basic theory of modularization and greening involved in the research of green modularization,the current research status at home and abroad,and expounds the commonly used partitioning methods,which can provide reference for the follow-up analysis and partitioning of modules.Secondly,this paper completes the preliminary and final green module division of the automobile driving axle.Combined green design with modular design,analyzed the design process;Determined the principle of module division,the evaluation criteria of part attributes are stipulated,and formed the preliminary results of module division on the basis of functional criteria and green criteria;Based on the merging criteria,the final module is determined and the advantages of the merged module are analyzed.Thirdly,this paper evaluated the module adaptability and greenness of the green modularization of driving axle.According to the characteristics of the driving axle,select the evaluation index of the driving axle,and the adaptability and greenness of the modular scheme are evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process,so as to verify the feasibility of the program.The green module partitioning scheme of driving axle is obtained through case analysis.The module partitioning scheme can meet the requirements of reducing cost,shortening production cycle,rational utilization of energy and resources.The overall adaptability evaluation and green attribute evaluation of the module partitioning scheme verify the feasibility of the modular design scheme,which is green modularization for driving axle and even other complex products.Design provides feasible ideas and methods...
