With the rapid development of road traffic in our country,although the urban road network continues to improve,the use of motor vehicles is also rising year by year.Traffic congestion is serious,and traffic violations and accidents occur frequently.The situation of congestion is changing from accidental to normal,and the operation of urban traffic system faces severe challenges.To improve the efficiency of traffic accident treatment and make reasonable accident response plan,and the vehicle can be ordered through the intersection after the traffic conflict occurs,and prevent large area traffic jams,all of the above have important realistic meaning and social benefit.Practice shows that,when road traffic conflicts occur,if traffic accidents are handled only through traffic police,it has a certain delay,and it's not enough to ease traffic jams.It is necessary to rely on advanced traffic conflict detection and detection technology to master traffic conflict data in real time.Through large data fusion analysis,and making reasonable signal scheme,the traffic congestion in urban traffic accidents can be alleviated.This paper takes urban road traffic conflict as the research object,for traffic problems caused by traffic conflicts,the traffic flow situation law is analyzed.Detecting traffic conflict by radar Doppler effect,and linked cameras are used for conflicting vehicle scene license Forensics.Through radar data in a short time,signal control strategy to alleviate traffic congestion is studied.According to the current situation of traffic jam at intersection,an effective control scheme of single point,main line or area is proposed,to alleviate short-term traffic congestion.To achieve the purpose that the traffic status,traffic signals can be controlled and traffic congestion can be alleviated.The research results will provide technical support and theoretical basis for urban road traffic state discrimination,traffic management and traffic signal control in China.The research contents are as follows.Part one: feasibility analysis of traffic data detection based on Doppler radar.By analyzing the characteristics of microwave propagation combined with Doppler effect,and the microwave detection is applied to traffic data detection,to obtain real-time traffic data,and it provides real-time data support for road traffic state discrimination.Part two: visualization of road traffic state.Doppler radar is used to detect information,and combined with light perception technology,to explore the real time display technology of vehicle running state.It includes vehicle real-time running track,vehicle violation detection,vehicle accident detection,traffic jam detection caused by traffic accidents,to ensure the real-time monitoring of the special weather vehicle running state.After the traffic accident occurs,the camera is photographed and collected by the linked camera,and the accident liability is automatically identified.According to the license plate recognition information of the owner,the responsibility information is sent to the personal mobile phone.Rapid processing of traffic accident process is formed,which is conducive to the rapid evacuation of traffic accident vehicles,so as not to lead to traffic congestion.Part three: traffic congestion state analysis.The causes of traffic congestion are analyzed,and the traffic congestion is classified according to the conditions,the occurrence time and frequency,and the spatial position of congestion,and the propagation modes of different traffic congestion types are also analyzed.This provides the basis for the adaptive traffic control strategy of the following traffic signals.Part four: adaptive hierarchical control method for signals.According to the real time detection of traffic status based on Doppler traffic radar and the traffic congestion situation,the signal control center makes the adaptive hierarchical control strategy.Adaptive calculation of signal parameters such as signal period,phase phase sequence,green signal ratio and phase difference are carried out,and a hierarchical control method aiming at alleviating traffic congestion is proposed,and a quantitative model is established.Part five: traffic simulation and case analysis.Using Vissim simulation software to simulate the traffic situation of the display interface of Doppler radar detection system and verify the effectiveness of the detection technology.The paper takes the traffic jam that caused by traffic accident in the intersection of Binhai Road and Jialing River Road in Qingdao West Coast Economic Development Zone as a case,and this verifies the effectiveness of Doppler radar real-time detection and traffic signal adaptive hierarchical control to alleviate traffic congestion.
