In the increasingly large-scale trend of ship design,the number of passengers and goods are also growing for both large cargo ships and military ships,which protrude the importance of the efficiency of cargo transshipment aboard the ship.Due to the complex structure of the ship,the narrow channel,many layers of deck that needs to go through and the replacement of transfer equipment when cargosleaveor enter the depot,it will be easy to generate system bottleneckson account of improper design of the transshipment program.Therefore,it is of great practical value to do research in the main influencing factors in cargo transshipmenton board and the bottleneck of transportation.At present,the research on the cargotransshipment of ship is still at the initial stage of its development,that's why there is no acknowledgedand authoritative evaluation index of the authoritative transshipment system of ship.The analysis method of this problem is also in the stage of exploration in the range of the existing management and research methods.Based on the analysis of the model of material transportation,this paper designs a set of analyticalmethods suitable for ship logistics,and conducts a series of research on cargo transshipment on board according to these methods.First,the author hasstudied the composition of the transshipment system,then analyzesthe demands of some static conditions,such asthe materialsof transshipment system and the method of layout.After that,the authorutilizes the IDEF3 method to establish the cargosflow charts of the system,sequentiallyclarifies the entire flow process of thematerials.Considering the high complexity of ship logistics,the paper separates the whole transshipment system into several subsystems,establishes the queuing model of each subsystem based on queuing theory,then uses Stateflow,one module of theSimulink,to transform the concept modelof the queuingsystem into the finite state mathematical model,andobtains the main operating indicators of the systemthrough computer operation,finally verifies the feasibility of transshipment system.Except that,this paper carries out visual simulation research on transshipment systembased on Flexsim,analyzes the influencingfactors of the system comprehensively,finds the bottlenecks in the transshipment system,and summarizes the rationalization suggestions of guiding design for the system.
