At present,the marine engines have already lead to severe contamination to the marine atmospheric environment and harbor environment.According to the International Maritime Organization(IMO)emission regulation,the nitrogen oxide(NOx)Tier III emission standards have already carried out in NOx Emission Control Area(NECA)from 2016.As a response to the IMO NOx Tier III standards emission control technology and technical measurements,especially for the large bores of Marine diesel engine,the Marine diesel engine with Exhaust Gas Recycle(EGR)technology has received wide attention,and has already in application.The author selects the MAN B&W 6S60ME-C8.2 two-stroke diesel engine type as the research object,by study the low speed marine engine with EGR working principle and established mathematical model,established the system simulation model for the 6S60ME-C8.2 with EGR engine.At the same time,the author simulation three type running models such as NONEGR model、LOWEGR model and ECAEGR model for the 6S60ME-C8.2 with EGR engine,in-depth analysis the impact of the EGR engine performance and emissions under the difference running models.The main work and conclusion of this article are:1)According to the characteristics of Marine diesel engine and Marine EGR mechanism,the simulation model of the large bores of Marine diesel engine with EGR engine is established;2)select the MAN B&W 6S60ME-C8.2 two-stroke diesel engine type as the research object,simulation three type running models such as NONEGR model、LOWEGR model and ECAEGR model for the 6S60ME-C8.2 with EGR engine,in-depth analysis the impact of the EGR engine performance and emissions under the difference running models.At the same time,the influence of EGR rate on the performance and emissions discharge of large Marine diesel engine under different operating mode is analyzed;3)The author built a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which based on the maximum degree of membership criteria for the engine running under the NONEGR model and LOWEGR model,the research shows that the LOWEGR model has better overall diesel performance.Based on the above conclusions,the research results obtained in this author2a can offer reference for the turbocharged diesel engine with EGR technology to reduce NOx emissions and improve fuel economy. |
