Steam supplying system is mainly composed of pressurized boiler system,steam filling system,auxiliary system,regulating and recovering system and so on.There are many kinds of equipment.The equipment is mainly run through different working medium and the thermal coupling is strong.When the user has a fast and large flow of steam demand,the steam supplying system ensures this problem by providing a steam accumulator between the steam source and the user.The large amount of steam supplying system will cause the fluctuation of the steam volume of the system,which will cause a relatively large impact on the system.Reasonable system design and appropriate control strategy are necessary to ensure the stable operation of the system.In this paper,marine steam supplying system is the research object.Based on the basic principle of thermodynamics,the mathematic model of the important components of the steam supplying system is established.Then,based on SimuWorks simulation platform,the simulation model of the steam supplying system is integrated.The model is corrected and verified by the actual test data.The simulation model is used to simulate the charging and discharging process of the steam accumulator.The performance characteristics of the system are analyzed from the dynamic trend of the system.The results show that:the use of the trapezoidal-flow filling strategy enhances the stability and controllability of the filling process.All the pressure fluctuations are less than 0.1 MPa in the simulation test.The faster the valve opening time,the faster the steaming time,the greater the fluctuation of the pressure generated by the steam pipe.When the Kp value of PID automatic control parameters of bypass value is greater,the filling time unchanged.At the same time,the adjustment of the bypass value is more sensitive and the key parameters of the system is smaller in the filling process.The larger the main steam flow of the boiler,the larger the maximum filling steam flow,the shorter the filling time,the greater the fluctuation of the key parameters.Three-cylinder cross-filling mode compared to the single-cylinder continuous filling mode,the average charge time shortens 3.6s.
