Due to the restrictions of operational environment and requirements,when uses the light field rocket launch system with a single tube storage and launch launcher,the existing leveling mechanism cannot be adjusted simply,quickly and reliably while pitch and roll angles both exist on the ground.Therefore,this paper presents a structural design and analysis process method of manual mechanism controlling the opening,locking,leveling based on the principle of hydraulic liquid incompressibility.Firstly,based on the operational environment and operational needs,the overall technical and structural analysis of leveling mechanism in light field rocket launcher system was proceeded.The performance requirements of leveling mechanism,the definition of launching stability and the principle of leveling mechanism are given And the specific mechanical and hydraulic arrangements and structures of leveling mechanism were designed and selected,and then the finite element analysis of the structure was carried out.Secondly,using AMESim—ADAMS joint simulation to analyze the effects of various factors on hydraulic control valve opening,closing and leveling performance of the mechanism,the key influencing factors were identified,and then the attitude adjustment strategy was given.Finally,the mechanical simulation of the mechanism was carried out by using multi-body dynamics method;And the analysis of anti-flipping stability on hydraulic level mechanism during emission process was proceeded,deduce the effect of gas jet force on the hydraulic cylinder during the launch process and analyze the emission stability of the hydraulic level mechanism under the influence of leakage.The results show that the hydraulic control valve can be opened within 1.5s,and leveling mechanism enables adjustment of pitch and roll in both directions within 10 degrees on the ground simply,quickly and reliably.Hydraulic control valve closed quickly with spring preload and leveling mechanism lock is reliable.When launched at high temperatures with large leakage gaps,the maximum change due to leakage in pitch angle which was influenced by gas jets was 7 mils.Both the anti-flipping stability and emission stability under the leakage of the hydraulic level mechanism meet the requirements.The manual hydraulic leveling mechanism in this paper provides a new reference to leveling other light emitting systems.
