Dynamic Modeling And Simulation Of Gear Transmission Mechanism Based On CAE

Gear mechanism is an important part of military armored vehicle integrated transmission system.Virtual assembly technology based on virtual reality is an important part of modern design method for integrated transmission system.However,the current study mainly focused on technical analysis of the assembly process simulation,the real-time interactive dynamic simulation of gear mechanism in virtual environment is less done.This paper will analyze information for the dynamics simulation in virtual environment;build a model information database;simulate real-time interactive dynamics of gear mechanism based on Vortex.The main contents include:The information for the real-time dynamics simulation in virtual environment is analyzed.Based on CAD model information and a hierarchical representation model in virtual environment,virtual model is built by Creator software,which can be used to real-time interactive dynamic simulation in virtual environment.Meanwhile,based on Visual C++ development environment,the use of Pro/E secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit combined with MFC,SQLite API,SQLite Expert,the model information database is built and managed based on SQLite database.The basic physical properties information,assembly constraint information and so on has been extracted from Pro/E for real-time dynamics interactive simulation of gear mechanism in virtual environment.VXM is established based on Vortex with information from the database.The implementation process of real-time interactive dynamics simulation in virtual environment is described in detail.One and five-speed gear mechanism is simulated and analyzed.This article achieves the integration of database information management and makes an innovative exploration of real-time interactive dynamics simulation in virtual environment of gear mechanism,which provides a new way of gear transmission dynamics and the foundation of the study for comprehensive transmission in the future.
