The aircraft carrier,as a giant system engineering,has integrated almost all the high and new technologies in the field of national defense,such as ship,aviation,aerospace and electronic weapons.It embodies the highest level of technology and the comprehensive national strength of modern maritime military power.Aviation support system is the core of protecting the safety of carrier-based aircraft taking off and landing,maintaining orderly operation.The ‘Six Character’ analysis which matters the success or failure of combat mission,plays a very important role in the design and development stage of the aircraft carrier aviation support system.It lacks general method in the aspect of aviation support system evaluation.First of all,this paper starts off from category and function of aviation support system,analyzes and sums up its general composition that includes command management system,take-off and landing system,landing guidance system,carrier-based aircraft transportation system,carrier-based aircraft maintenance system,carrier-based aircraft support system,air ammunition storage and transportation system.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the main process and modeling technique of the system reliability evaluation,and studies the pretreatment of the reliability information and the construction of the prior distribution.Finally,this paper evaluates the ‘six character’ of the aviation support system from quantitative and qualitative perspectives.For the quantitative evaluation,in the aspect of reliability,the CMSR method of classical reliability evaluation and Bayes reliability evaluation method are discussed respectively according to the difference of system reliability test data.In the aspect of maintainability,this paper proposes an object-oriented method to build the model and the evaluation method of directed graph.In the aspect of testability,the numerical is used to solve the test data,and the evaluation results can be obtained.For the qualitative evaluation,this paper formulates qualitative evaluation forms of experts and the crew of aircraft carrier respectively from the perspective of the development process and the usage.The qualitative level of ‘six character’ will be obtained according to statistical data.In a word,for the aviation support system,this paper studies a set of evaluation system based on the actual situation of the project,which will have certain reference value in guiding reliability evaluation of the aviation support system and other large complex defense equipment system.
