Train as an important means of transport people to improve the car within the thermal comfort,air quality and reduce air conditioning system energy consumption is the urgent problem to be solved.At present,the train is equipped with multi-channel air supply and strip air supply.In this paper,the 25G soft sleeper box is used as the research object,and the airflow distribution of different train modes and through the main train is simulated and compared.Specific work is as follows:In order to improve the simulation accuracy,CFD simulation is carried out in several popular turbulence models and radiation models in Airpak software.Combined with the experimental results,the actual model is selected.The results show that the standard k-?turbulence model and the discrete coordinate radiation model have high accuracy for the cooling radiation problem.On the basis of the above,the simulation of the soft box,the main comparison of four different air supply,that is,the top of the bar sewn air?car end of the wind?,the top of the orifice air?lower return air?,bed Station air supply?the end of the car back to the wind?and replacement air?window side of the air,the door under the door to the wind,the top of the exhaust?,each air supply methods are three different conditions for comparative analysis,the main analysis The temperature,velocity,CO2 concentration and PMV-PPD distribution in the area of human activity.Using the SMAA-2 random multi-attribute acceptability analysis method to compare the optimal conditions of four different air supply methods,it is concluded that the air supply of the bed is the best,air supply is better than replacement air supply.Finally,the most common orifice air supply is selected.Taking the Z112 train as an example,the real-time load of the main site along the way is calculated and the real-time air supply parameters are obtained.The real-time inverter is compared with the traditional cold-Soft air box within the air distribution,the frequency of the case regardless of the air distribution or air conditioning system energy consumption has a better performance.This paper can provide reference for the design of the air supply system of train air conditioning system.
