With the gradual reduction of global energy and people's attention to environment,electric vehicle as a new direction of development of new energy vehicles has attracted worldwide attention and application.The research on the control system of the natural gas engine used in the electric vehicle extender is helpful to the development of the electric vehicle technology.And the use of natural gas is also conducive to reducing urban air pollution,improving the energy structure and improving the utilization of energy.Therefore it has important academic significance and engineering application value to carry out in-depth study of the control system of the extender of natural gas engine.This paper takes the natural gas engine for increasing range and its control system as the research object.In particular,the speed control system of natural gas engine is deeply analyzed and studied.The overall plan of the control system of the natural gas engine is determined in this paper.By discussing the speed control system of natural gas engine for increasing range,the scheme of speed control system of natural gas engine based on double closed loop is determined.Through the research and analysis of the function and classification of the ignition system,a high-energy ignition system suitable for natural gas engine is designed.The research on the model of the speed control system of the natural gas engine for increasing range has been completed in this paper.The engine speed control simulation model modeling and model validation is completed.The research of engine speed control algorithm is completed.Four point central differential intelligent PID speed control algorithm is designed and carried out.The hardware circuit of the natural gas engine for increasing range control system is designed in this paper.The circuit of the minimum system,the input signal conditioning,the output signal drive,the serial communication and the power module are designed.In order to ensure the stable and reliable work of the hardware,the space electromagnetic interference protection is carried out on the circuit board.And the anti-interference measures of the circuit board are adopted.In this paper,the natural gas engine for increasing range control system software is designed from two parts of the upper and lower computer.The upper computer interface based on Lab VIEW software is developed.In the part of the lower computer,the development of the main function program and the configuration of the underlying software are completed by designing the function process and using the automatic generation of RTW code.The construction and test of the hardware and software joint debugging experiment platform of the engine control system are completed in this paper.And the function of the control system's collection,control and output are verified through the platform.The bench test of engine control system is completed in this paper.And the test verification of engine startup and different load conditions are completed through engine bench test.The test results show that the throttle has a good dynamic following response and the engine can quickly transfer to the target speed and stabilize near the target speed.After loading,the speed of the engine has good dynamic response characteristics.
