Vehicle ad hoc network is a network based on the advanced technology of wireless and network communication.With the rapid development of economic,the migration of human become more frequent,vehicles play a very important role in human life.Vehicle ad hoc network improve driving experience and driving safety,but it brings security challenges.Therefore,how to improve driving safety and efficiency of road has got more and more attention.At the same time,it has also drawn widespread attention from business and academia,in order to mitigate the impact of traffic accidents and to reduce traffic jams.It has also become a high priority for the government.Vehicle ad hoc networks are an efficient way to increase safety of road,such as avoiding collisions and assisting road authorities in tracking down damaged vehicles and promote traffic management.However,Vehicle networks have a security issue,namely the issue of wireless communication between vehicles and vehicles and between vehicles and roadside infrastructure.Therefore,the verification of information between vehicles and roadside infrastructure is crucial to ensure safety in vehicle ad hoc networks.So how to confirm the safe transmission of the message?This article will focus on security message authentication and privacy protection protocol of the vehicle ad hoc network,on this basis,design a new solutions to adapt to needs of the automotive ad hoc network.The work and contribution of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1.This paper presents a conditional privacy protection authentication scheme based on Cuckoo filter.Meanwhile,presents a software-based signature scheme which does not depend on any special hardware devices.And the elliptic curve signature algorithm is used for the non-bilinear pairing.In stage of RSU first shaking hands,establish a Shared secret parameters between TA and vehicle.Vehicles are allowed to protect their privacy using different anonymous identity in each session(or message),however the vehicle's true identity is only traced by authority(TA).In message validation phase of RSU,using binary search techniques and Cuckoo filter to notify hash value of message,make the message overhead dropped sharply,and improve the efficiency of the validation phase in some way.Any vehicle and other vehicles can form a group,they can authenticate and communicate with each other securely within the range of the RSU(even if it enters another RSU).Finally,the security and performance of the scheme are analyzed and compared.The security analysis shows that the scheme can meet the requirements of safety of VANETs.The results of performance analysis show that the proposed scheme has lower computational overhead and communication overhead than the other scheme.2.A conditional privacy protection authentication scheme based on polymerization signature is proposed in this paper.And propose a new certificateless signature(CLS)scheme,and construct a scheme of certificateless aggregate signature(CLAS),which is suitable for communication between vehicles and infrastructure in Vehicle ad hoc networks.The proposed scheme is a new efficient non-certificate aggregation signature based on elliptic curve cryptosystem(ECC),which has the advantages of uncertificated public key cryptography and aggregated signature.The scheme demonstrates process of the safe communication between the vehicle and the infrastructure in the Vehicle ad hoc networks.Safety analysis show that the scheme can satisfy integrity,verifiability,identity privacy protection and traceability of message,and it can resist various attacks,and has ability to support conditions of privacy protection.In addition,the results of performance evaluation show that the proposed scheme has a lower computational cost than the other scheme and presents an efficient computational complexity.
