Modular Design Of The Scaling Mechanisms Based On Macromolecular Structure

A scaling mechanism is one kind of mechanism consisted by scaling units with a certain connection mode.This mechanism have two different states that folding state and unfolding state.Because scaling mechanism has many advantages,it has widely application.Recent years,biochemistry are researched by some scholars,and some biochemistry rules are applied into the design of mechanism,the development of mechanism is greatly promoted.Firstly,based on the based on the research and analysis of the molecular structure,scholars find the rules of the structure composition,connection and combination,and those rules are applied into guide the design of the scaling mechanism.The scaling mechanisms are designed modularly from scaling units,the connection and combination of the scaling units.Then,the types of the scaling units are summarized and sorted out.The deployable units are mainly divided into planar deployable unit and spatial deployable unit,and new scaling units are proposed.A design method of deployable mechanism based on constraint path is proposed.Then,based on the combination of large molecular structure,the modular design of the deployable mechanism based on linear combination is proposed.Finally,the rationality of the new method is verified by the examples design.A spatial scaling mechanism and a scaling bracket are designed based on the new design method.Based on the rules of the of the molecular structure,a new design method of scaling mechanism is proposed,including scaling unit's structure?the connection and combination of scaling mechanism,and this new method could guide the design of the scaling mechanism conveniently...
