Double wishbone independent suspension is one of the common suspension forms in modern automobile products,which requires stable and reliable performance.The advantages of the double wishbone independent suspension is outstanding design flexibility,can control the wheel movement through reasonable structural arrangement accurately,but also can effectively avoid excessive tire wear,is widely used in automobile field.Vehicle handling stability is the concentrated expression of suspension K&C performance.In order to obtain good vehicle handling stability,changes to the suspension kinematics and elastic characteristics of the kinematic characteristics and reasonable range,this thesis belongs to the part of theoretical research.This paper combines the chassis tuning problem of a host plant of a MPV vehicle,to establish the simulation model of double wishbone front suspension in adams/car software,and the simulation and optimization of the K&C characteristics of the suspension model,which is based on the engineering application part,vehicle ride performance analysis of steady simulation.First of all,this paper focuses on the structural characteristics and suspension K&C characteristics of the double wishbone independent suspension,and the K&C characteristics are the general characteristics of kinematic characteristics and elastic kinematics characteristics.The K characteristics of the suspension reflect the parameters of wheel alignment parameters,rotation angle,stiffness and posture when the wheels are running up and down and turning.The C characteristics of the suspension reflect the parameters such as wheel alignment parameters,rotation angle,flexibility and so on when the wheel is subjected to the force and torque of the ground.Secondly,combined with a host plant of a MPV type adjustment problem,analysis of double wishbone independent suspension K&C characteristics,K&C characteristics and find out the existing problems through the method of vehicle suspension,test design optimization analysis which is significant influencing factors,and through optimization tools,optimization of suspension hard points to achieve the optimization of suspension the characteristics of K&C.Finally,in order to optimize the results of double wishbone suspension K&C characteristics,vehicle dynamics model using previously established MPV models,reference test method for stability analysis of test GB manipulation,respectively,double lane change,the steady-state steering wheel angle step,turning conditions,and solve the problem of adding performance road brake and longitudinal impact test simulation proved the effectiveness of the optimization method...
