Power transformer is one of the pivotal equipment of power system.Its stable operation directed related to the power supply reliability of power system.The off-line analysis of dissolving gas in transformer oil is widely used in transformer state overhaul,which is an effective method to diagnose transformer fault diagnosis so far.On-line monitoring is a complementary form of off-line analysis,can overcome many disadvantages of conventional off-line oil chromatography test,such as,there are many interference factors,lack of timely data and lack of validity,truly realized the real-time control and fault diagnosis of transformer running status,and transmission of chromatographic data online.Through online device can shorten the cycle characteristics of gas monitoring,timely find the exception and alarm at the beginning of equipment failure,reduce labor costs when tracking equipment in latent failure,use high amount of data acquisition for intelligent fault diagnosis,greatly enhance the reliability of analysis results.This paper discusses the practical significance of online monitoring method based on DGA technology in transformer fault diagnosis work,and introduces the development situation of online monitoring technology at home and abroad and the product level of major manufacturers at present.It also describes the mechanism of the gas in the oil and the typical failures of the transformer,and it focuses on the malfunction diagnostic procedures based on the DGA technique,and it is determined to use various methods of analysis to synthesize the power transformer failure.Then,the installation and application of the on-line monitoring device of transformer oil chromatography in changchun area were discussed,an index weighting method for evaluating and selecting online monitoring devices is introduced,this method is used to compare the performance of the on-line device installed in the system.With the online monitoring data provided by henan zhongfen 800 device based on DGAtechnology,the fault type and severity of the equipment are analyzed accurately,and it is proved by the fact that the on-line monitoring device of the transformer oil chromatographic system is stable and the data is reliable,which can realize real-time monitoring of the operation status of transformer in various regions and improve the management level of transformer technology.
