The hajia railway is a new double-line electrified railway,which USES the direct power supply of the back streamlines and plans to open to traffic by the end of 2018.The electrified railway west of Harbin,east to jiamusi runs through the whole central and eastern part of Hei Long Jiang province.A total of 19 stations were set up and 10 traction substations were designed.Load properties of electrified railway traction locomotive is a single-phase power rectifier load,in its operation that may produce a large number of harmonic and negative sequence components in traction power substation with traction power supply system,connected to the power grid and other users within the grid;Moreover,the traction locomotive is a mobile load,which is far more harmful than other types of fixed harmonic source devices.therefore,before the new better railway traction substation access system,the runtime of harmonic and negative sequence components such as power quality index of technology assessment,to ensure that new,better railway traction substation itself after officially put into operation and the safe and stable operation of the utility grid.So far,domestic and foreign scholars have studied the power quality of high-speed railway traction power supply system,which mainly relies on theoretical analysis and measured data from negative phase sequence and harmonic control.This topic is for new,better power quality problems of railway traction power supply system,on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign data,the problem of power quality analysis at home and abroad,numerical analysis method for power flow calculation,measurement method,the simulation analysis method mainly analysis methods,such as a combination of study,the formation of a set of relatively complete railway traction substation access the assessment method of power quality.Project based on a new,better profile of railway traction power supply system and the parameters of the user,based on the characteristics of traction substation main load using the numerical analysis method and power flow calculation,through the corresponding formula of traction substation harmonic,voltage fluctuation and flicker,voltage imbalance,the impact of negative sequence current of generator nonlinear load to evaluate influence on grid computing;By using the simulation analysis method,the PSAF modular professional power system analysis program is used to simulate the harmonics of the electric power system injected into the traction substation along the new hanjia railway.In addition,the field test of the power quality of traction substation in harjia railway is carried out in combination with the measured method.Through a series of data analysis,the author has carried on the traction substation and its network of power supply system of the overall power quality comprehensive evaluation,in the railway before put into operation,judge whether the power quality indicators meet the national standard limit,so as to avoid the hazards on power systems.
