Research On Quality Control Of Hajia Railway Station Building Project

Hajia Railway Station Construction Project is an important supporting facility of Hajia Passenger Dedicated Line.Railway head office has very high requirements for the quality of railway construction projects,including: inspection and approval,sub-item,construction quality of the sub-project,and one-time acceptance of the unit project have reached 100% pass rate,at the same time,to eliminate the mass and above accidents.Improving and ensuring project quality is the main task of project managers.Starting from the method of quality control,this paper takes the construction project of Hajia Railway Station as the object,makes a detailed analysis of the general situation and quality requirements of the project,and finds out the existing difficulties.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of Hajia railway station building construction project,and analyses and explains the external environment and quality requirements.Secondly,it analyses the quality control points of Hajia railway station building construction project,and scientifically divides the project into four stages.Thirdly,aiming at the control points of the four stages of Hajia railway station building construction project,the paper puts forward pertinent quality control schemes,formulating standardization schemes,compiling early warning mechanism,examining access materials,training constructors,improving construction technology,adjusting construction procedures,improving acceptance system,etc.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth development and effective implementation of Hajia Railway Station Construction Project,the guarantee measures of project management are established from five aspects: quality consciousness,organizational culture,technical guarantee,financial guarantee and testing guarantee.
