Power planning is an important part of urban park construction.The safe production of the park is closely related to the structure of the power system.The rationality of grid structure is necessary to guarantee the reliable operation of power system.Therefore,the primary task of electric power planning is to make a more reasonable,safe,economical and reliable plan to adapt to the operating system of the system under the premise of national standards.Rational power grid structure and quality planning,not only can realize the economic and reasonable running of power system,and save the construction fund,to ensure the sustainable development of national economy in all walks of life and other important basis.As in recent years and industrial power rapidly growth of resident power consumption,electricity occupies very important position in the city development,thus power tong river industrial park planning study has important theoretical significance and practical value.The following work is mainly carried out in the power planning of tonghe industrial park:First of all,the basic situation of tong river industrial park,the research and use of the park has a lot of land and not reporting for land use planning,adopted two kinds of methods for park of electricity load forecasting.Specifically,the recent load forecast adopts the user's report method;The prediction method of space load based on load density index method is used to predict the forward load.Based on the results obtained,the power level was obtained by using the maximum load hour method.Secondly,on the basis of load forecasting,the analysis of the power supply of new substation is carried out through the power balance and capacity ratio test,and the detailed information of the site selection and fixed capacity of the substation is obtained.Based on the information obtained,the paper studies and analyzes the relevant principles of the planning and transformation technology of high-and medium-voltage distribution network,and plans the distribution network in the forward and near future of tonghe industrial park.Finally,according to the planning result,the power supply capacity and reliability of power supply in the park are evaluated.Mainly include: power grid current,n-1 calibration,short circuit current,reactive compensation and voltage adjustment.The conclusion is that the whole power system meets the requirements.
