Energy saving is the main development direction of today's society,for ship propulsion system as the core system of the ship,the ship machine propeller matching is reasonable will directly affect the maneuverability,reliability,performance and fuel economy of the ship and vitality.As the most important system of ship,ship propulsion system is the power core part of ship,and its main equipment include ship power main engine,transmission gear box,shaft system,shaft coupling,propeller and propeller.At the moment,the key technology of shipbuilding industry competition and the key fields of global shipbuilding industry are gradually focused on the development of propulsion system power integration technology.And spare no effort to spend a lot of material and manpower for related development research.Therefore,an important issue to realize the localization of ship power system products is to solve the key technology of ship propulsion system design and to improve the development level of ship propulsion system integration technology in China.To satisfy the customer to ship dynamic aspects such as economy,getting higher demands,the status of the propulsion system integration more highlights,on the one hand,integration is the development trend of future ship,but also solve the power shortage,fuel consumption and other prominent means of effective means,provide propulsion system overall solution will be the focus of the development direction in the field of ship.In this paper,through the study to reduce the fuel consumption for the direction along the Yangtze river mainstream carrier,theoretical analysis from the viewpoint of Marine main propulsion system matching,to select the high utilization rate in the Yangtze river waterway,the typical representative of ship types of carrier for the model,through the characteristics of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river waterway,the Yangtze river ship form characteristics of carrier,focusing on different fields,such as navigation conditions combined with testing result of operation data collection,analysis and research,from theviewpoint of actual to find the breakthrough point of ship machine propeller matching research and key points.In this paper,through consulting a large number of propulsion system integration research both at home and abroad the status quo,combined with the Yangtze river transport mainly consider economic factors,the economy as a carrier design,one of the most important evaluation indexes to reduce fuel consumption is the key to this design.In the propeller design,the classical Atlas method is adopted,and the shafting design is carried out according to the relevant standards.In this paper,through selecting the Yangtze 108.6 m ship form is commonly used as an example,to test whether propulsion system integration to reduce fuel consumption,the purpose of through testing result tracking test,data acquisition,finally compared with the similar type fuel consumption,and relevant conclusions,it is concluded that the class of ship machine propeller matching integration type of fuel consumption by 10%.
