With the rapid development of Internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies,the modern logistics industry is developing in the direction of automation.Storage and transportation equipment as an important transport tool for the logistics industry,its intelligent development will become a trend.The storage and transportation equipment will occur a variety of failures,but the existing after-sales maintenance and experience maintenance can not quickly determine the fault problem.The remote fault diagnosis will bring new development prospect to the whole warehousing and transportation equipment industry.The specific research object is electric forklift.Under a large number of research on the existing Internet of things technology and remote fault diagnosis system,developed a remote fault diagnosis terminal combined with set of data acquisition,data storage,data communication and fault diagnosis Integrated,and for a variety of application scenarios designed a configurable data communication to meet the remote fault diagnosis,local fault diagnosis and on-site fault diagnosis needs.In this paper,the overall design of the remote fault diagnosis terminal is given,and the hardware modules such as system module,power module,acquisition module,GPRS module and WIFI module are designed in detail.Software such as data acquisition,data communication,fault diagnosis and parameter configuration features are achieve.Based on the Internet of things storage equipment remote fault diagnosis system mainly includes remote fault diagnosis terminal and remote monitoring service center in two parts.The field fault diagnosis function can not only send the equipment status data,but also detection of fault problems timely and send fault alarm information.At the end of this paper,the design of the remote fault diagnosis terminal has a more comprehensive test,divided into hardware and software functional testing and field operation test.The test results show that the remote fault diagnosis terminal designed in this paper can realize the fault diagnosis of the forklift,and can establish reliable data communication with the remote monitoring center,and also meet the normal operation in different temperature environment.
