With the rapid and steady growth of China's national economy,the road transportation industry has entered a period of rapid development.But due to the lack of the supervisory ability of the relevant departments and insufficient development of transportation industry,in recent years,mass death and casualty accidents occur frequently.According to statistics,the proportion of casualties caused by transport vehicle is higher in our country and transport vehicles are likely to cause serious traffic accidents and serious loss of life and property.The transportation safety of transport vehicles has become one of the key problems to be solved urgently.The monitoring and warning of the dangerous state of the vehicle in the process of transportation has been paid attention to by many countries all over the world.For freight vehicles,monitoring and warning of the state of its transit has become a top priority,and monitoring and evaluation as the basis of monitoring and warning technology has become the forefront of vehicle safety research and technology.Based on the research of human,vehicle,road(environment)and freight,the real-time monitoring of dangerous sources and the construction of safety evaluation model are the main results.First of all,the paper analyzes the common characteristics of goods transportation.Different from the macroscopic and systematic static risk assessment,the paper focuses on the risk assessment of freight vehicles under the condition of transportation.With freight traffic accident data,the risk assessment index method was used to summarize the sub risk sources from four aspects of human,vehicle,road(environment)and freight.Then,according to the size of the risk index to select the risk source,freight risk index system is constructed.Secondly,The existing monitoring methods for 12 risk sources of human,vehicle,road(environment)and freight are studied in detail,and Based on the existing results,the monitoring method of the freight risk is established.Finally,Based on the BP neural network and four factors of human,vehicle,road(environment)and freight,the BP neural network evaluation model is constructed.The risk source index is divided into five levels,and the software Matlab and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process are used to construct the training and test database.The neural network is trained by the training database,and the network structure is determined.3 groups of test data were randomly selected to test the model.The test results were 93.3%,90.0%,90.0%,83.3%,90.0%,86.7%,86.7%and 90.0%,which proved the validity of the model.
