The Risk Management Of Railway Freighe Transportation Safety Research

The safety on railway freight transport is always under the core content of railway freight transportation quality. Now the speed of railway cargo have greatly raised, On the other hand the category of railway is becoming rich and the total is increasing constantly. So the railway freight transportation safety is updating and need higher requirements. The risk management theory is applied in freight transportation,We construct a risk analytical framework focuses on the characteristics of railway. It is the outcome of six aspects as follows:the basis of risk management, the organization of risk management, the process of risk management, the culture of risk management, the communication of risk management, the supervision and control of risk management framework.This paper proposes PRNS theory to analyze the risk of PRNS, cards the risk of railway freight transportation, and reveals the operational risk and the PRNS risk of railway freight transportation. What’s more, the risk management in railway freight transportation should be reinforced in these points as follows:the basis of management, organize, process, culture, communication platform, supervision and so on.
