As the window of a city,taxi's service and management level may fully reflect the civilization development,level of development and technological advancement.By promoting and utilizing technological methods to establish the information system of taxi service management,which enjoys vehicle dispatch,safety protection,information gathering and industrial management,our city's taxi industry can comprehend the industry trend,improve the level of operating and organization,as well as service level.This thesis starts with the analyze on the function of intelligent vehicle equipment of system,then moves on to design the data-base platform,integrates vehicle equipment,which integrates electronic technology,computer technology,telecommunication technology,network technology,data-base technology as well as Internet technology.The thesis analyzes space-time distributing situation by using real time data of vehicles.By establishing real-time distributing situation by analyzing the database of taxi transportation,Put forward the demand of taxi spatial and temporal distribution;Based on the distribution of population in Ji'nan,607 travel area O-D traffic clustering algorithm is designed;Calculate the number of vehicles in different regions of the time;This paper gives the travel route and travel rules of Ji'nan citizens,to support temporal and spatial distribution of passenger or taxi by providing data support of hailing rules.
