With the increase of capital investment in water conservancy projects,reservoir design becomes one of the important tasks of water conservancy construction,which plays an important role in solving local water supply and social economy.Jilin Province Jingyu County forecast2020 years,2030 total water demand of 11.62 million m3,17.71 million m3,the status of water supply capacity is insufficient;According to the Engineering geology analysis,the bedrock of Dam Foundation has seepage,subsidence and sliding stability,and the left abutment has the problem of seepage and sliding stability,There is a problem of seepage around dam abutment.In view of the above situation,this paper has completed the design of Qinglong River Reservoir through analysis,calculation and evaluation.This paper mainly carried out the following research.According to the current situation of water supply in Jingyu County urban area,water consumption survey,the analysis of the quota,carried out the water demand forecast,analysis of the reservoir water content to meet the needs of the city water;According to the present condition of the reservoir,the utilization degree of water supply,water structure and water resources development,the potential of reservoir water resources development is analyzed.Combined with engineering geology description to evaluate the geological condition of the project area;According to the basic hydrological and meteorological data,the relationship between runoff,flood,staged flood and water level flow is established,according to the design level year and the design guarantee rate,the reservoir's hing-profit regulation,the flood regulation and the engineering influence are analyzed.According to the Engineering geology description and the plan result and design water supply The overall layout plan of the reservoir,the selection of the dam type,the discharge structure and the pipe diameter of the pipe are proposed,and the environmental protection measures are put forward according to the possible environmental problems after completion of the project.Through the above research,the total water demand of Jingyu County city in 2020 years and 2030 is 11.62 million m~3 and 17.71 million m~3 respectively,and the reservoir can improve the potential of the exploitation.The Engineering geology analysis shows that although there are some seepage,submergence and immersion problems in the reservoir area,the collapse of the two reservoirs is limited,which has little effect on the normal operation of the reservoir,and the location layer of the building base surface of the hydraulic structure can meet the requirement of bearing capacity.The annual runoff 1.54m~3/s of the reservoir Dam site,the total storage capacity of the Qinglong River Reservoir 1002x104m~3,the 635x104m~3,the dead water level is 590.0m,the dead capacity is 149x104m~3,the normal storing position is 601m,the corresponding capacity is 785x104m~3,Reservoir design flood stage 602.92m,check the flood stage 603.56m,the reservoir design year water supply is 1510x104m~3,the annual average water supply quantity is1464x104m~3.Engineering Design selected Dam site for the Shangba line,that is,Tsing Lung River and the Lake River at the confluence of about 400m downstream,Gravity Dam crest elevation 603.63m,stability,stress,leakage calculation to meet the design requirements.
