As a new type of motor,Two-degree-of-freedom linear and rotary permanent magnet synchronous motor(2-DOF LRPMSM)has the advantages of small volume,low cost and high efficiency,which is endowed with important application prospects in the fields of military industry,aerospace and industry.Served as the key to the efficient,highly reliable and variable mode operation of the motor,2-DOF LRPMSM control system is involved with the linear,the rotating and the coordinated motion,which has certain complexity and particularity and also heightens the demand for the structural design,parameter optimization and stability assessment.Therefore,the research of 2-DOF LRPMSM control system has important scientific significance and application value.In this thesis,aim to reveal the structural characteristics,design criteria,parameter constraints and control of the 2-DOF LRPMSM control system,the mathematical model,operating performance,system design and experimental evaluation of 2-DOF LRPMSM control system are investigated,which will provide the reference for the practical application of 2-DOF LRPMSM.The research contents in this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the structure and operating mechanism of 2-DOF LRPMSM are introduced in details,and the static characteristics is also analyzed.On this basis,the mathematical model of 2-DOF LRPMSM in stator ABC coordinate system and dqO coordinate system are established respectively,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the control system.Secondly,based on the static characteristics and mathematical model of 2-DOF LRPMSM,the application of vector control strategy in the motor control system is discussed.A 2-DOF LRPMSM vector control system simulation model is built on the MATLAB/Simulink environment,including the linear and the rotation drive part,by which the feasibility of the control strategy and the accuracy of the control system are verified.Thirdly,according to the structural characteristics of 2-DOF LRPMSM,the hardware and software of control system is designed.Dual DSP structure is used to the control system hardware circuit to ensure the efficiency of chip computing,and the control performance is also improved.Hardware module schematics and design parameters are given in details.Based on n CCS3.3 environment,2-DOF LRPMSM vector control program is built by C language and modular way,which improves the operational efficiency and readability of the program.Finally,the 2-DOF LRPMSM control system experiment platform is designed to control the rotation,linear and spiral motion of 2-DOF LRPMSM.The operation characteristics of the three motions are analyzed.The feasibility of the vector control system is also verified.
