Container Reach Stacker as a port new special lifting equipment,is mainly used container handling,stacking and horizontal transport jobs,having a flexible,transport efficiency and so on.As the core working device of the front crane,the boom structure is the direct load component,and the strength of the structure determines the maximum weight and the safety of the whole machine.This paper takes the 45T container crane as the research object,carries on the finite element analysis to the arm frame structure,completes the following research work:1?Analyzing the working principle of the front lifting machine,there are generally two kinds of motions:vertical lifting and ordinary lifting.Ordinary lifting positive lift when the first pitch out after exercise,decreased contraction,after pitching;behind the front crane for vertical movement,pitching and telescopic joint movement in a certain relationship,can achieve the vertical movement of the front suspension.The limit condition of the arm is determined:the boom is at the maximum load,the highest working point,the suspension arm is at the maximum point of the moment,and the suspension arm is at the farthest working point;2?The establishment of a solid model reachstacker straight arm,the model geometry cleanup,ensuring the grid quality,geometry cleanup and repair geometry using HyperMesh,simplify the connection,the definition of arm frame properties include element setting,material properties,section properties,analysis conditions and boundary conditions,given load and constraint solver in ANSYS solving.3?The boom was analyzed by using the finite element software,the boom in different conditions the maximum deformation,maximum stress contour,verified under different working conditions of lifting arm displacement,the maximum equivalent stress in the allowable range.The modal analysis of the boom is carried out to obtain the natural frequency of the mechanism,and the maximum deformation of the boom under different working conditions is judged.The first condition is the dangerous condition of the boom.The buckling analysis of the boom is carried out by ANSYS software,and the first six buckling characteristics,the calculation results and the buckling mode nephogram are obtained,and the reliability of the boom design is judged.
