Adaptive Renovation Of Students' Apartments Of Hunan University Based On The Conception Of Green Community

The green community is a civilized and environmental community with perfect management system and constructed by the public,it is an important role in realizing the social sustainable development.Reasonable planning of sustainable development of student apartments can not only help students have an active and healthy lifestyle in the college learning stage but also cultivate their concept of establishing green community,which in turn makes great significance to the future sustainable development of society and country.This thesis takes the apartments of Hunan University as the research object so as to reveal the fact that the apartments of Hunan University are showing the development trend of community.Under the guideline of green community concept,this thesis analyzes Tianma student apartment park and Dezhi student apartment park of Hunan University and puts forward such a suggestion that the adaptive renovation of green community should be promoted in the construction of college student apartments and the green community should also be taken as the dominant ideas and basic operation and management model in the future construction of college student apartments.This thesis can be divided into five parts.Chapter one is the introduction,in which the research background and the research scope are defined;the research significance and purpose are explained.By reviewing the origin and current situation of green community and the development process of college student apartments at both home and abroad can we summarize the research methodology and the research framework.Chapter two summarizes the initial period,middle period and developing period of the construction of Hunan university student apartment.It can be found from these three periods that the apartments of Hunan University have shown the trend of community and these apartments are equipped with basic conditions of green community construction.In this chapter,the author first has a detailed survey and field measurement,and then summarizes,compares and organizes the data in the end.Chapter three explains and defines the relative notions used in this thesis,including the basic content of green community,its developing process and its construction goal.The adaptive research theory and principle are also introduced to lay a good foundation for the architectural applications.Chapter four specifies the green community theory embodied in student apartments of Hunan University.In terms of the field survey and the designed questionnaire,this thesis will analyze the shortcomings and deficiencies of Tianma and Dezhi departments from the aspects of spatial distribution,road transportation,landscape greening,supporting facilities and ecological technology.Chapter five puts forward the goal and principle of green community renovation in Hunan University student apartments.In this chapter,the author explores the adaptive construction theory and proposes a complete operation management mode,both of which can ensure the successful operation of green community concept in Hunan University's student apartments.At last,it is hoped that green community concept can be promoted into the construction and renovation of all the college apartments in China.There is no doubt that green community concept can improve students living environment and can make a great contribution to the construction of ecological society at the same time.
