Vehicle driving simulator has been widely used in the entertainment industry because it owns many advantages such as safety,controllability,economical and it can also give people realistic immersive.The vehicle driving simulator used for entertainment is often named as racing game simulator.At present,the study of the simulator in China is mainly concentrated on scientific research but not in entertainment.So,in order to provide a more perfect gaming experience,inventing a new game racing simulation device which is focused on the interaction between the player and the game has become the mainstream of the current game development and it also has important theoretical significance and broad market prospects.Based on the project "Research&Development and Demonstration of Cultural Tourist Resources Exploring and Experiencing Platform",this paper has deeply researched simulator's control system.The concrete research content is as follows:In this paper,the mathematic model is established for the racing simulator,the coordinate transformation matrix and the Euler angle transformation matrix are deduced.The basic principles of Kalman filter and somatosensory simulation algorithm are introduced.Aiming at the driving of the ground vehicle,this paper has added an Euler angle low-pass filter channel based on the classical washing algorithm,and established the algorithm simulation model.When there is not a slope on the road,the two washout algorithm perform samely.Compared with the performance of the classic washout algorithm,the new washout algorithm can make the simulation driving more realistic when there is a slope on the road.This paper has succeeded in getting and filtering the datas from the HID device.A motion controller based on DSP28335 has designed for the six-degree-of-freedom racing game simulator platform which is developed by the project team.The motion controller makes the simulator platform complete the driving simulation by control the six servo motor coordinatedly.The test results of the simulator show that the simulator can simulate the racing game realistically.
