Research For Racing Game Simulator Control Systems

Vehicle driving simulator is a kind of equipment which is on the basis of the corresponding body feeling simulator and use virtual reality and visual technology to reappearance vivid driving feeling.Due to can give people realistic immersive and strong dynamic sting,vehicle driving simulator gradually has been paid great attention by the entertainment industry.The vehicle driving simulator used for entertainment is usually used in car racing game,so it also known as racing game simulator.At present,the racing game simulator has a huge market demand and the domestic research in this respect is relatively backward,so it is urgent to strengthening research with independent intellectual property products and technologies.The simulator's control system is a key part of the racing game simulator design.In allusion to the racing game simulator design need to balance facticity with economy,this thesis deep researchs simulator's control system.The concrete research content is as follows:In view of the specialty of the racing game simulator and on the basis of traditional washout algorithm,this thesis proposes a novel time-domain washout algorithm as the body feeling simulation control method.The algorithm analyzes of signals in time domain and processes signals combine with simulator's motion constraints.The simulation results show that the algorithm can control the simulator to simulate the real movement feeling,with the high real-time performance and fuel economy.This project team developed a full set of racing game simulator prototype machines which is composed of three degree of freedom parallel servo electric mechanical motion platform,the simulator cabin,the simulator control system,etc.This thesis takes the work of design the simulator's control system.The control system includes the body feeling simulation control system,the car's control data acquisition system and mechanical movement control system.This project team tested the racing game simulator and the results show that the simulator's control system can control simulator to simulate racing game realistically.
