Voice coil motor is a direct drive electromagnetic actuator,which can directly convert electrical signals into mechanical motion.With the development of aerospace,electronics,cryobiology storage and so on,voice coil motor is more and more used to drive refrigeration compressor.A large number of refrigerators are needed in the world’s major aerospace and military systems,especially in satellites and spacecraft.Many instruments and equipment need a long-life and high-efficiency voice coil motor to drive the Stirling refrigerator.Compared with the moving magnetic voice coil motor,the power supply lead of the moving coil voice coil motor is easy to break,which affects the trouble free working life and limits its application and development in the field of aerospace refrigeration.Therefore,the goal of this paper is to design a kind of moving coil voice coil motor which can eliminate the wireless power supply mode of the power supply lead,solve the problem of open circuit of the moving coil lead,improve the working life and stability of the moving coil,and greatly improve the reciprocating motion frequency of the voice coil motor.In this paper,firstly,the structure of the voice coil motor with wireless power supply is designed,and the decoupling method of the power supply magnetic circuit and the permanent magnet magnetic circuit based on different material characteristics is proposed.The U-shape structure of the permanent magnet circuit is designed,which can not only realize the decoupling of the magnetic circuit,but also has a very good effect on restraining the magnetic flux leakage of the power supply coil.Through the simulation analysis of the relationship between the moving coil and the power supply coil when the moving coil moves,it is proved that the moving coil displacement will not affect the transmission of radio energy in this structure,and the feasibility of the radio powered voice coil motor is determined.According to different motion requirements and electromagnetic induction forms,three kinds of voice coil motors with different wireless power supply modes are proposed and analyzed,including single coil high frequency induction voice coil motor,double coil high frequency induction voice coil motor and low frequency vibration motion voice coil motor.Based on the voice coil motor with low frequency oscillation motion,a control strategy of segmented variable hysteresis loop width is designed,which can effectively solve the problem of velocity displacement offset caused by traditional hysteresis control strategy in oscillation motion.Finally,in the process of the experiment,the semi physical simulation experiment is used to verify the feasibility of the method.The prototype of the low frequency induction vibration moving voice coil motor is made,and the control strategy based on acceleration and speed is used to test the effectiveness of the control strategy.
