LED is known as the fourth generation of new green lighting source,comparison with the traditional lighting source of the first three generations,LED light source has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,small size,long service life,high reliability and quick start-up,it has been widely used in various fields of life at present.With the rapid development of LED light source in lighting industry,the LED light source is developing towards high efficiency,high brightness and high quality.In order to meet the increasing demand of lighting conditions,The photoelectric parameters and package integration of LED are getting higher and higher,the temperature of LED chip is getting bigger and bigger,the high junction temperature will cause the emission wavelength shift of the LED chip,seriously reduce its luminous efficiency and life,how to reasonably and effectively heat dissipation has become an important factor affecting the development of LED industry.Therefore,the temperature control ability of LED chip plays an important role in the photoelectric characteristics and reliability of LED lamps,reasonable and effective heat dissipation design has become an important part of the LED industry in the process of ascension.For the heat dissipation of LED chips,this paper first builds mathematical models using Fluent fluid analysis software.Using Pro/E software to design a kind of based on hole convection in the way of the new model of the LED lamps and lanterns,its heat dissipation material using 6061 aluminum alloy material,under the condition of not change the volume,structure adopts hole and in case of cold and hot air convection cooling hole,using Pro/E software modeling,model design includes power supply,lamps and lanterns of the shell,heat dissipation fins,light board,LED chips and chimney,chimney and light source plates is a closed chamber,the distribution of the LED chip on the airtight chamber light board,and closely combined with cooling fins,the middle of the cooling fins exist in interaction with the environment of the cooling hole,light board also has a hole,hole overlapping part of the chimney in the middle and into the wind channel is open,the cooling fins location outside the lamp shell is equipped with ventilation holes,into the wind channel,holes and ventilation holes formed a cold hot air convection channel,the hole in the convection theory is determined.Secondly,using FloEFD software to simulate the heat dissipation performance of the design lamps.Way based on the simulation results indicate that the hole in the convection of the LED lamps and lanterns structure at the bottom of the cooler air from the chimney and light plate hole into the heat dissipation fin,the heat generated by the LED chip through contact cooling fins to which the fins inside the heat flow from the shell of the cooling hole to the surrounding environment,make its produce cold hot air convection,heat can be timely and effective through the hole in the convection to surrounding air environment,makes the surrounding air flow rate is higher,it has good heat dissipation performance.In addition,while optimizing the heat dissipation effect,the presence of middle holes and heat dissipation holes also reduces the weight of LED lamps and reduces the cost.It can be analyzed that the design of LED lamps based on convective heat dissipation is reliable,effective and practical.Finally,discuss the radiator structure optimization scheme,through the orthogonal experiment contrast,radiator fin height,thickness,number and to optimize the parameters,such as aluminum plate thickness,the LED chip and moderate quality of radiator as the optimization goal,optimize the radiator structure,and come up with a best parameter solution,for subsequent LED lamps and lanterns of the cooling design provides a strong theoretical basis and reference value.
