| With the rapid development of social economy,the energy consumption is increasing rapidly.Construction,transportation and industrial consumption are the three most important parts of energy consumption,the building energy consumption accounts for about 30%of the total energy consumption for the whole society.Building energy efficiency has become a consensus.The way of energy saving in buildings includes the follows:the energy saving of buildings caused by building design,the energy-saving of buildings caused by the using of energy-saving equipment,and building energy saving construction.The insulation treatment of building envelope is one of the main technology for energy saving in buildings because of its easy operation,low investment,the advantages of strong feasibility.The existing building insulation materials mainly include rock,perlite,rock wool,expanded vermiculite as representative;organic,polystyrene,polyurethane as the representative.However,with the energy,environment and public awareness of ecological improvement,more environmental protection,green and efficient insulation materials of high performance are growing with more attention.The research object of this paper is to develop a new generation of building insulation materials,and analyze its thermal properties in the method of experimental and theoretical research.The experimental research process includes follows:expanded perlite,expanded vermiculite,mushroom mycelium,sodium silicate and polyvinyl alcohol as experimental materials;the single mushroom mycelia with different particle sizes are tested respectively with the binder of sodium silicate and polyvinyl alcohol,including the performance of physical and mechanical and insulation properties,and the particle size of mycelium with the best thermal conductivity is determined;in the method of bond forming process,the samples are made,namely the two kinds of composite thermal insulation material respectively with the binder of sodium silicate and polyvinyl alcohol;the testing method includes sample density,thermal conductivity and material mechanical property of the materials.For the four composite thermal insulation materials,namely the two kinds of composite thermal insulation material respectively with the binder of sodium silicate and polyvinyl alcohol,in this paper,the composite thermal insulation of mushroom mycelium and expanded perlite with the binder of polyvinyl alcohol is analyzed in the method of life cycle assessment,the life cycle inventory are identified,and the potential impact on the environment of the whole process of the composite thermal insulation materials is quantified.In this paper,mushroom mycelium is used for preparing building insulation materials as a base material.The experimental results show that the composite thermal insulation of mushroom mycelium and expanded perlite with the binder of sodium silicate has better thermal insulating property,this kind of new insulation material density ranges 350kg/m3-500kg/m3,thermal conductivity of 0.07-0.13 W/(m·K).And this kind of new insulation material not only has good thermal performance,environment friendly features,but also achieves a high value of the application of mushroom mycelium,and it will have a very large market potential. |
