Automobiles have become the most important means of transport in the people daily life.With the rapid development of computer technology,the automobile needs to have a lot of information and function and when the driver performs the main driving task,he also has to interact with various types of vehicle equipment.The ubiquitous network connection makes the automobile industry gradually build out the prototype of the car network,which makes the car space become a complex information carrier.The concept of self-driving cars has opened up a new way for the development of human-machine interaction in the car.With the support of intelligent technology,the natural interaction such as gesture,voice and eye movement has been gradually integrated into it.Technology research-oriented interaction design in cars is the current mainstream.It should be noted that,although the self-driving car in theory has reached the full automatic driving,but the actual application is mainly L3 level automatic driving car,or is called auxiliary driving.The auxiliary driving system can be used of driving automatically in simple road conditions,but still requires the driver's manual intervention in critical decision making.When designers are faced with the design of human-machine interaction in complex driving situations,how to design the ways of interaction control on the basis of usability to improve the user's interaction efficiency and interaction experience is very important.The research target of this paper is to study the influence of situation factors on the user's human-machine interaction control based on the user's Situational Awareness(SA)research.And based on that,this paper provides reference and guidance for the automotive human-machine interaction design.The research process of this paper is divided into four parts,including theory part,experiment part,theory construction and design practice:First of all,this paper summarizes the existing research on SA theory and automotive human-machine interaction design.Based on Endsley's three-level theory of SA,this paper analyzes the SA of users and studies the situational factors that affect human-machine interaction.At the same time,through the theoretical research on SA and automotive human-machine interaction,the theoretical framework of automotive human-machine interaction design based on SA is established based on L3 level automatic driving car.Based on that,this paper puts forward the research experiment methods and qualitative data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Based on the existing design of automotive human-machine interaction product,a multi-channel interactive design prototype including touch-screen interaction,physical interaction,voice interaction and gesture interaction is constructed,and the usability test is carried out to analyze the change of user's SA in the process of human-machine interaction and to extract the situation factors that affect the user's human-machine interaction.Then,the paper analyzes the influence of various factors on the interaction behavior of the users in the process of human-machine interaction,and constructs the human-machine interaction demand framework and design model.Based on this,combined with theory research,experimental data analysis and case analysis,the design strategy of human-machine interaction is put forward,and the interaction application set is constructed from three aspects:environment,user and task.It provides reference and guidance for the design of automotive human-machine in complex situation.Finally,in the process of interaction design of the project product,the feasibility of automotive human-machine interaction design strategy based on SA is verified through practice by applying the design strategy.Through the analysis of theory and experiment,this paper establishes the relationship between user's SA and automotive human-machine interaction design,clarifies the situational factors that influence the design of human-machine interaction,and discusses the human-machine interaction design based on SA strategy,which forms a theoretical framework for the relevant design research,and has a certain guiding significance for the relevant areas of design practice.
