With the continuous development of project management theory,the integrated management of engineering projects has become a hot spot.The integrated management and control of the construction stage is the most important stage of the whole process control of the project construction,and it is also a stage with many problems and difficulties,it also needs the most manpower and material resources.At present,the effective management methods in the construction process is still difficult to play a real role.Traditional cost-earned theory plays an important role in the cost control process of engineering construction.However,with the deepening of applied research,the deficiencies of Earned Value Law are also revealed,leading to information distortion and conclusion errors.This largely restricts its application and development.At present,the existing research on the progress,cost and quality control is still relatively independent,they can not be effectively integrated.Especially the effective quality control method in the field of engineering construction in China is obviously necessary.Based on the above-described problems,on the basis of the traditional Earned Value Method,this dissertation has improved and expanded its related theories and application fields.It solves information distortion,misjudgment and other issues in the practical application of the Earned Value theory through the introduction of key path.The validity of the method is illustrated by the engineering case.Then,combining fuzzy theory with Earned Value application,the project progress-cost fusion monitoring model based on fuzzy earned value is established.Finally,quantitative analysis of quality factors is achieved by introducing quality factor into the integrated management process of the project.Using Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper further studies the factors that affect the quality level,and finally the project quality is defined effectively.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the data of the construction stage with the actual construction process of project A.The results show that the method has a good effect in practical application,and has made some contribution to the further development of integrated project management.
