With the increasing demand for energy and the importance of environment,distributed power generation technology has attracted more and more attention,more and more distributed power supply such as the photovoltaic power generation and wind power have been accessed to the distribution network,which has made important contributions to reduce the energy crisis and environmental pollution pressure.However,because most distributed power supply is poor stability,poor control and has other deficiencies,it brought pressure and challenges to the distribution network,too.It makes the structure of the distribution network more and more complex,the optimizing and scheduling more and more difficult.In order to make the distributed power supply better serve the people,the concept of the active distribution network came into being,and the unified dispatching control of the distribution network is put forward,so as to realize the stable and safe operation of the distribution network.In this paper,the optimal operation and dispatching method of active distribution network is systematically studied,and the active power dispatching strategy and reactive power voltage control method with distributed active distribution network are put forward.Firstly,the basic model of active distribution network is studied in this paper.In addition to the traditional component's modeling,photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation were also modeled.Calculation of the connected distribution network's reliable capacity of is also studied.Secondly,the uncertainty of the typical load in the active distribution network is modeled.Including the typical industrial load,agricultural load,commercial load and resident load,its typical characteristic curve is studied,and the typical scene analysis is also carried on.Thirdly,The optimal scheduling strategy of active distribution network with distributed power supply is studied.an optimization method of distributed power distribution based on adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed,and optimization model with the objective function as the objective function is established.The algorithm is analyzed in the 33-node system,and the active power of the distributed power supply is optimized.Finally,Based on the genetic algorithm,a voltage and reactive power optimization method for active distribution network is proposed.Based on the analysis of the traditional voltage regulation mode and reactive power compensation method,the reactive power optimization strategy of the active distribution network is developed based on the reactive power adjustment of the distributed power supply.And the algorithm is also analyzed in the 33-node system.The results of case studies show that method proposed in this paper can solve the adverse effects of the distributed power supply network.It can effectively reduce the network loss,improve the economic operation of the system,and can control the voltage in a reasonable range so that the safe and stable operation of the system can be ensure.
