In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the logistics industry has mushroomed and vigorous development.Side-loading container trailer as an important China road and port transportation tools,appeared a non-synchronization phenomenon of both ends during the operation.This results in a side drop during the container handling process.Writed from this issue,the paper talks about the types and application scopes of the side-loading container trailer and their development status at home and abroad.Gradually,the paper finds out the main technical bottlenecks of the side-loading container trailer and explains the hydraulic synchronization system research status in their development process.In the structural part,the paper introduces the basic structure of the side-loading container trailer,analysis three typical working conditions and the side hinge joints arrangement.Then,the paper simplifies the upper and lower arm cylinders and analyzes the force.In the hydraulic part,the paper firstly clear the hydraulic system's overall performance requirements,then explain the working principle of the hydraulic system from the power components,actuators components and control components three functional modules.Analysis concluded that the main reason for the partial load is the balance valve in series.Then,the paper selects and checks the hydraulic components and matches the overall calculation.The paper used the AMESim simulation software to build the hydraulic system model,set parameters and operate simulation.From the simulation results we find out the rules between the eccentric mass and the hydraulic actuator that the non-synchronous phenomenon becomes obvious with the increase quality of the eccentricity.The displacement difference of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod basically satisfies the job requirement when the quality is small.Therefore,the hydraulic system design meets the requirements in the case of partial load is not so serious.In order to improve the design,this paper introduces PID control theory.So the hydraulic system installs the displacement sensor on the hydraulic cylinder's upper arm,and installs the PID controller in the circuit to comparing analyze the movement synchronization phenomenon with the PID control of hydraulic actuator or without the PID control in different partial load mass conditions.The simulation results show that the introduction of PID control can effectively control the non-synchronization phenomenon,and the improved scheme satisfies the design requirements.Finally,the paper optimizes the mechanical joystick according to the improved hydraulic circuit.These work main include the operation sequence of the electromagnet and relay under different working conditions,the circuit control system design based on the hydraulic system,the wireless signal control system design using wireless remote control development board.Through the parameters' reasonable matching and optimization design of the machine-electric-liquid system,this paper designed a high stability,synchronization and degree of automation side-loading container trailer's hydraulic system,solved the problem of crane's non-synchronization and provide theoretical basis for practical application.
