With the continuous development of modern urban,large-scale excavation of not only growing,more and more deeply,which proposed the construction of a great security challenges,With the continuous development of BIM(building information model)technology and the promotion,many outstanding case reflects the BIM technology advantage in the field of construction engineering.In this paper,based on previous research on the use of a deep excavation in the process of monitoring sites in Qingdao observational data,the accuracy of the excavation in order to pre-deformation data to analyze and predict the deformation of late,Combined with BIM technology to the design and construction of foundation pit engineering of 3 d simulation,and solve the foundation pit engineering design and some of the problems existing in the construction process.The ultimate goal is to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents,and at the same time can effectively guarantee the safety and stability of building.Currently,the surrounding environment and the complex geological conditions of deep,more and more large foundation,deep foundation pit accident-prone,h igh construct ion risk.Ac cording to re lated statistics,the pro portion of exca vation engineering design and construction accidents cause more than 80 percent must make full use of various information during construction excavation comprehensive analysis,to take timely measures to avoid accidents.Using Revit with Civil3 D common modeling can integrate W Foundation Bracing System and geological stratification to BIM model,based on the information layer ±excavation continues to reveal the type of mold geology instant updates,and the use of finite element software to calculate real-time stability Foundation qualitative,dynamic design,while the import monitoring information management system,using statistical numerical methods,finite element analysis and other clever timely grave security situation assessment into the clever,strengthen preventive measures against incidents.Foundation construction methods based on information technology BM can largely improve the utilization of information.On this basis,the use of BIM-based design technology of excavation engineering information management platform construction in foundation construction period,describing the work process and the basic structure of the platform is designed to optimize the monitoring system visualization.The results showed that,BIM technology for pit design provides support and guidance of a simulated excavation construction works to good effect.
