With the rising of the concept of green building and the developing of port and waterway engineering towards a large-scale,deep-water and modernized direction,the rough mode of traditional waterway engineering construction and the heavy waste of raw material,man power and material resources is magnified,besides,the structural health in the later period is not fully monitored,and there is no real-time warning mechanism for dangers,which has all restricted the waterway engineering developing towards a green and intelligent direction.With the development of BIM(Building Information Modeling Architectural Information Model),civil engineering is entering a stage of intelligent development.In this paper,BIM is innovatively applied to the construction and operation of waterway engineering,The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Revit modeling software is used to design the reservoir of revetment blocks in waterway engineering,including four-legged hollow blocks,fence panels and twisted I-shaped blocks,etc.The information model of revetment is established,and the whole process of construction organization of revetment model is simulated by Navisworks visualization and simulation software.(2)The IFC file of the model is queried and located by using MATLAB,and the geometric data and material data of the BIM model are extracted by analyzing the IFC file.(3)The built BIM model is uploaded to the BIMFACE secondary development platform,which realizes the lightweight display of 3D BIM model in browser Web pages,overcomes the high requirement of model viewing for software and hardware,and realizes the free viewing function of model at any computer terminal.On the basis of BIMFACE,the second development of web page is carried out,and the visualization of structural health monitoring data and structural safety early warning system of waterway engineering are put forward.(4)Taking a revetment project as an example,the visualization simulation of revetment construction process is realized by using Navisworks software.In addition,the application of the revetment project and a trestle project in this paper to the visualization of structural health monitoring data and structural safety early warning system of waterway engineering,realizes the real-time early warning function of monitoring overtopping and uneven settlement of foundation,real-time display of trestle stress monitoring data and real-time bullet window early warning function,and the early warning threshold of the trestle can be based on the needs of the project.Adjustment.The feasibility of the system is verified by the above two practical engineering cases.
