With the rise of urban rail transit infrastructure construction in China,the number of subway foundation pit projects will increase in the future construction of urban rail transit system,the depth of foundation pit excavation will increase gradually,and the increasingly complex construction environment will bring great safety risks to the foundation pit construction.The emergence of BIM and "Internet +" technologies will carry out technical innovation on the traditional foundation pit construction and foundation pit monitoring and management.With the advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and parameterization of BIM technology,as well as the characteristics of informatization,cloud storage and cloud management of "Internet +" technology,the safety,quality and schedule of foundation pit construction will be guaranteed to a greater extent.Based on the deep foundation pit project of a subway station in changzhou city,this paper realizes the establishment of foundation pit visual model,construction visual simulation and foundation pit deformation character analysis by applying BIM and "Internet +" technology to the construction and monitoring of foundation pit engineering.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using BIM technology to parameterize family function,create a common custom parameterized family library of foundation pits,assist the engineer to quickly establish the3 d BIM model of foundation pit,and more intuitively solve the problem of reinforcement binding of complex nodes and the problem of occupation of construction site and waste of construction materials in the construction of reinforced concrete model.(2)Applying BIM and "Internet +" technology to foundation pit engineering site layout,schedule management,construction data management,cost management and communication coordination,and repeatedly carry out construction visualization simulation assistance base in Navisworks Manage software by importing different construction schedules.The informatization construction of pit engineering has effectively shortened the construction period and enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,the advantages of BIM and "Internet +" technology in the construction drawings,cost management,on-site construction data management,communication and coordination of foundation pit engineering are discussed.(3)Using BIM finite element analysis software Midas GTS to simulate deep foundation pit excavation,taking the horizontal displacement of underground continuous wall as an example,the deformation of the underground continuous wall during foundation pit excavation is analyzed by the cloud map of the underground continuous wall,assist the foundation pit monitoring project to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction.At the same time,combined with the monitoring data,the deformation law of deep foundation pitexcavation in soft soil area is obtained.(4)Using the if condition statement and chromatographic function in Revit,a parametric monitoring point family with automatic warning function is created,and the monitoring data is imported into the BIM model to be associated with the monitoring point family,and the dynamic monitoring and early warning visualization of the deep foundation pit is realized on the Navisworks Manage platform.
