The energy consumption of the steel rolling system accounts for about 20%of the total energy consumption of the steel production process,and the energy consumption is mainly consumed by heating and rolling.As a system of steel rolling heating furnace heating main energy-consuming equipment,accounts for 60%?70%of energy consumption of steel rolling,so the system of steel rolling process efficiency increase should be focusing on the heating furnace energy saving.From the perspective of production and energy saving,how to meet the production target under the premise of improving fuel efficiency of heating furnace,reducing oxygenation loss of billet as a primary goal of billet heating furnace production.This topic is based on the steel business for energy conservation and emissions reduction and national engineering center for energy efficiency in steel steel background of the optimization of energy efficiency of the whole flow of demand,adopt the way of combination of 1#heating furnace of steel lenient plate factory to study the combustion optimization technology and engineering demonstration.Concrete on the basis of analyzing the present situation of energy consumption of heating furnace of steel industry level,put forward the necessity of strengthening the heating furnace combustion optimization,based on the source and objective analysis,determine the research object and system discussed in detail in heating furnace combustion optimization control at home and abroad to carry out the latest research,mainly including the mathematical model of the heating furnace,heating furnace,heating furnace combustion control technology residual oxygen on-line inspection technology.Based on the above basis,the research has been carried out in several aspects.First of all,the discontinuity and continuity of oxygen content detection technology are analyzed,and comparative analysis is mainly focused on the two continuous zirconia and laser gas analyzer on-line detection technology and equipment,based on comprehensive characteristic,put forward the heating furnace is realized by using zirconia residual oxygen on-line detection;At the same time analyze the heating furnace section of the structural characteristics and technological characteristics on the basis of the furnace temperature,put forward the use of advanced high temperature heating furnace of zirconia detection equipment and many more residual oxygen online detection system solutions.Then,for the temperature control and ensure the optimum air-fuel ratio control system of heating furnace,achieve optimal combustion control,analyzed the residual oxygen on-line monitoring technology and equipment,and puts forward the optimized combustion control technology in heating furnace of the furnace section of residual oxygen on-line monitoring technology based on.Finally,the residual oxygen continuous online detection technology and the organic combination of furnace temperature optimal setting technology,with a cross limit is proposed and the residual oxygen correction of temperature control system.The effect of the on-line application of the no.l#heater furnace in xianggang steel plate was systematically validated.The application results show that the combustion optimization control technology based on the on-line testing of residual oxygen in this paper can reduce the coal consumption and reduce the loss of oxidation.Fuel consumption can be reduced by more than 2%;Residual oxygen can be controlled in 2?3%range and oxidative burn loss can be controlled within 1%.
