| This paper studies the issues of the fault detection,isolation and restoration progress optimization in distribution networks.Based on the information integration platform and geographic information system(GIS1.5),visualization technology is used analyze and locate the position of the failure which is supplied to system operator.When the fault occurs in the system,system operator needs to give accurate judgement rapidly and present corresponding measures to restore the system back to normal condition in time.Moreover,the integration of the platform with other advanced application systems,including the 95598 call center data,the power production management system,the power selling system,distribution SC ADA system,the user AMI system,and so on,can help the system operator to discover the hidden failure of the grid earlier and deal with the equipment fault more effectively.This paper presents the procedure of the failure restoration of the distribution network,the method of fault diagnosis and judgement,the hardware and software configuration scheme,the development technical roadmap and application cases.The online application of the platform improve the distribution network fault processing efficiency with a 17 minute fault location time shorten and a 12-minute restoration time shorten,29%of the staff saving.The distribution network reliability has accordingly improved 0.97%. |
