In recent years, the rapid restoration of power supply become an important topic ofadministration of power supply. Rapid restoration of power supply impact improving powersupply reliability and customer satisfaction levels directly. To achieve rapid restoration ofpower supply,the key is how to achieve fast fault location, quickly isolate faults,quicklyrestore power. This paper focuses on several key points,analyse the basis of selecting fastrestoration strategy.Discussed the fault indicator-based fast fault location technology,automation technology of feed line based on automatic switch-ba, and the rapid restoration ofdistribution network fault intelligent dispatching platform.By using data analyse the strategywhich were introduced, to study the practicality, reliability and limitations of this strategy,and how it provides support for the fast restoration of power supply.To investigate the rapid restoration of power supply techniques means developments, atfirst, this paper analyze the development status quo about rapid restoration of power supplytechnical support means at home and abroad.Then, through analyzing the relevant data、faulttype and fault law, this paper sum the factors of effecting the rapid restoration power supply.according to the main reason for the rapid restoration of power supply,determine the strategywhich should be adopted. The strategy which this paper selected is,basing on distributionnetwork automation technology,developing the rapid restoration of distribution network faultintelligent dispatching platform. About distribution network automation technology,this paperintroduced the fault indicator-based fast fault location technology, automation technology offeed line based on automatic switch-ba. Introduced the principles of fault indicator and themethods by which to achieve fast fault location.Analyzed the differences、the advantages andthe disadvantages of the traditional feed patterns and automated feeder mode. Elaborated theprinciple of the automated feeder mode. About system function platform,Introduced theresearch and application background about the rapid restoration of distribution network faultintelligent dispatching platform,and the platform’s function and implementation.Throughdeveloping system interconnecting, In the relative information platform of distributionnetwork fault handling,achieve fast analysis,judgment, publishing of information, to achieve rapid restoration of power supply.Then, this paper describes the specific implementation process about the rapidrestoration strategies of power supply,analyze rules for the implementation about the faultlocation, feeder automation technology and the intelligent dispatching platform for rapidrestoration of power supply. using living example,tells when the distribution network faultoccurs, the distribution network automation technology such as fault location, feederautomation technology, and the rapid restoration of distribution network fault intelligentdispatching platform how to show in the process of fault processing. The fourth chapter usinga lot of data, application examples analyzed the application situationg about distributionnetwork automation technology based on the using of the fault indicator and the automaticswitch-ba in the practical work, as well as the rapid restoration of distribution network faultintelligent dispatching platform. Analyzes the problems in the application process and offersome proposal to solve the problems. Finally, the paper proposes the future work prospects.
