With the continuous development of China’s economy,the demand of users for electricity is also higher and higher.As a direct link with users,the reliability of distribution network has a direct impact on user satisfaction.County Power Network belongs to medium and low voltage distribution network,with complex structure,many branch lines,poor operation environment and low degree of automation,which can not meet the needs of power users.According to the characteristics of the county power network,this paper designs and implements the county distribution automation system,including two functional modules: the application of power grid intelligent fault diagnosis and the application of power grid intelligent recovery strategy.The system software is based on B / S architecture,using angularjs front-end framework and Tomcat virtual server as technical means.First of all,the monitoring function of distribution automation system is designed and implemented to show the operation management personnel intuitively.By analyzing two kinds of data structure of power grid: SVG file used for page display of distribution network structure and CIM file containing network connection information of distribution network,the page display of distribution network structure and real-time update of fault information and fault recovery scheme are realized.Secondly,the intelligent fault diagnosis application software of power grid can realize fault location by algorithm discrimination of the input over-current information.At the same time,it can also connect with the secondary circuit of external fault indicator to monitor the circuit current in real time.When the external short-circuit current is monitored,the module can accurately determine the fault line and fault type,which has the possibility of practical application.On the basis of fault diagnosis,the function of fault recovery is further designed.A fault recovery method based on heuristic algorithm is implemented,which can obtain the optimal fault recovery scheme after the fault occurs,and display the information of tie switch,sectional switch,recoverable power consumption and average voltage value in the network topology that the scheme needs to operate.Finally,the system tests are carried out on each functional module of the system,including the verification of the effectiveness of fault location and fault recovery algorithm,and the non functional test of the system software.The results show that the algorithm and software designed in this paper can meet the basic requirements of distribution automation system in county power network.
