Safe and comfortable driving environment plays a positive role in people's travel.With the development of the train,greater demands were being placed on the train by growing requirements for train comfort.In order to meet the requirements of comfort,the new trains should be tested before being put into operation.In the testing stage,the actual human body experiment has the security question,how to simulate the body heat dissipation and applied to the experimental environment in the train will be a problem.The heat dissipation of the human body includes sensible heat dissipation and latent heat dissipation,in which the latent heat can be replaced by a single humidifier.This paper focuses on the simulation of human body sensible heat dissipation device in train environment.The main research contents include the following points:Firstly,the device is designed according to the human skin temperature distribution and the theory of human body heat dissipation,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the current heat treatment device which is used to replace the human body obvious heat.The design part includes theoretical calculation,material selection,heat source selection and control form.The theoretical calculation includes the standard of human skin area,the skin temperature distribution,heat quantity calculation.Material selection on some material was screened through human skin parameters,suitable for simulating human skin material.The heat source selection part includes two experiments,heat source material and determine the final form of the heating element.In view of the current controller and control precision the principle of economic and reasonable choice.Secondly,the design of human experiments.In different environment temperature and metabolic activity,sensible heat radiation measuring body surface skin temperature measurement and the human body.The skin temperature of the human body was measured by five point method,and the sensible heat dissipation was calculated by the environmental parameters,the radiation heat loss of the humanbody and the formula of the convective heat dissipation.Experiment shows: the human body in meditation and certain metabolic activities under the surface skin temperature in a certain range with the environmental temperature increased.The human body in certain metabolism the activities under ambient temperature in the specified amount within the range of human metabolism change trend is not big,but the heat dissipation personnel in the environment conditions,the sensible heat radiating amount decreased with the environmental temperature.Thirdly,design device test experiment.The test part includes the device surface temperature test,device heat dissipation test,temperature field test.The surface temperature test includes computing the time device stability under different working conditions.The test includes the heat dissipation device under the different environmental conditions,measuring device radiation heat loss and convection heat dissipating capacity.The temperature field test by specifying the ambient temperature under the environment of personnel,the temperature distribution of heater and the device.Finally,based on the experimental devices and human data analysis,the result is:the surface temperature distribution device,bottom temperature gradually increased,and the body temperature distribution is similar,can simulate the general human body in meditation and simple data activities under the skin temperature.23 C and 26 C two under the condition of heat dissipation device(W/m2)were 68,50.3,a human inactivity 66.6,48.8(W/m2),and certain metabolic activities 73.7,53.3(W/m2),closer to the heat dissipation of body when the state of meditation.The influence of the device on the ambient temperature field is similar to that of the human body on the environmental temperature field.The device can be used in the subway train environment to simulate the heat dissipation at certain temperatures under 23 and 26 degrees of sitting and certain metabolic activities.
