In the new century China is still in a stage of rapid development.As one of the most important construction materials used in construction engineering,the demand for concrete is huge.And abandoned construction demolition will produce large amounts of construction waste.In this case,one important way of transform and recycle of waste concrete to realize the sustainable and green development of the civil engineering industry.Based on resource recycling and ecological environment protection,artificial sand and recycled concrete are combined to form recycled concrete containing artificial sand.In order to further improve the research on mechanical property and constitutive relations of the recycled concrete containing artificial sand,compressive strength,splitting tensile and prism compressive experiment research were conducted in this paper.According to the five kinds of stone powder content(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%),three kinds of different strength grade(C25,C35,C45),following the standards of ordinary concrete curing method,135 pieces recycled concrete containing artificial sand blocks were made and conducted based on the above three kinds of tests.The main research results are as follows:1.The content of stone powder has significant influence on the collapse degree and cohesion of recycled concrete.With the increase of the content of stone powder,the slump degree of the recycled concrete containing artificial sand gradually decreased and the viscosity increased.2.The peaks of the regeneration concrete of different strength grades correspond to different levels of stone powder.The best value of the corresponding rock powder of the low strength grade RC25 concrete and RC3 5 concrete is 5%and 15%respectively.High strength grade RC45 concrete,its optimal powder content is 10%.3.The regression equation of cube standard compressive strength was obtained by fitting the experimental data with the strength of the tensile strength of the cube and the axial compressive strength of the prism.Equation is as follows:fc=0.9859 fcu-3.7025;fst=0.079 fcu+0.8454.4.For low strength grade recycled concrete containing artificial sand,such as RC25 and RC35 recycled concretes,with stone powder content from 0%to 10%,the peak strains changed smoothly and fell by less than 3%,but as the stone powder content increased to 15%,the peak strains were most evident decline and fell 11.9%and 3.1%respectively.When the stone powder content increased to 20%,the downtrend of the peak strains decrease again.5.In this paper,the stress-strain calculation model was constructed based on the test data.
