Since the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more competitive, the reduction of the cost of parts processing, the improvement of the machining quality and shortening of the processing time have become the key factors for the survival and development of enterprises. This paper does relevant researches on the manufacturing process planning and the optimization of process elements(machine tool, cutter) of the aircraft engine blade and other key contents. According to the blade machining test, it is validated that the constructed comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for process planning and process factors optimization are scientific and reasonable. Based on the optimizational process of blade machining, the evaluation system is developed.Firstly, this paper studies the optimization of the machining process plan of the aircraft engine blade. The influence factors of selection of the machining process plan are analyzed and a two level architecture of multi-objective optimization of aircraft engine blade machining process plan comprehensive evaluation indexes system is established. The main optimization indexes are the processing time, the processing cost, the processing quality and the environmental impact. The algorithm of solving process plan optimization selection hierarchical model is put forward and designed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) of triangular fuzzy numbers and grey relational analysis method(GRA).Secondly, in view of the problem of process planning optimization of the process elements(machine tool, cutter), the influential factors of the optimization of process elements are considered comprehensively. The paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of the machine tool and cutter selection. Meanwhile, a solution is proposed and designed respectively for algorithm of hierarchical analysis model of the machine tool equipment optimization and tool optimization. Through the study of the case of the aircraft engine blade tenon milling machine tool and cutter selection,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are validated.Finally, the evaluation system is developed for the problem of evaluation and optimization of aeroengine blade machining process by using the software of VB, Matlab and SQL_Server2000 database. The FAHP, GRA and non dimensional membership function are integrated into the evaluation system. The VB and Matlab hybrid programming is realized by using ActiveX automation(OLE) protocol, which greatly improves the efficiency of operation. The Active data object ADO control is used to achieve the effective combination of VB and database SQL_Server2000 and the key technology of the system is solved. The evaluation system is applied to the machining process of the die forging titanium alloy compressor rotor blade and the experimental results verify that the evaluation system is practically feasible and it can help to provide technical support for the technical staff.
