As the urbanization develop at an unduplicated speed in the world,the problems such as urban heat island effect,urban waterlogging and energy burdens were bound to appear,which has seriously affected people’s quality of life and restricted urban development.So the settlement of these problems has been imminent.Roof directly affects the indoor thermal environment and accounting for more than half of urban areas.In this paper,to building energy saving as a starting point,has put forward a water storage roof panel,and finished the preliminary design of its structure.Through the model comparison test and theory to analyze its rainwater runoff control effect,heat insulation and cooling capability and the application feasibility,to prove that it has advantages over the traditional roof insulation board in alleviating the urban heat island effect,urban waterlogging and reducing the building energy consumption.The main content and results included in the following items:(1)According to the specification requirements and the actual situation,determined its structure is the impermeable structure surrounds the permeable material.Its size is 500mmx500mm×40mm,impermeable structure is 10mm thick,permeable material is 30mm thick.Permeable material is permeable concrete,and its mix proportion is 6:1:0.3:0.04(aggregate:cement:water:water reducing agent).(2)By using roofing models and artificial rainfall installation,the major conclusions we have drawn are as follows:1.The water storage roof panel can delay the runoff peak,but the delay time decreases with increase of rainfall intensity.2.When the rainfall exceeds the storage capacity of water storage roof panel,Its ability to weaken the runoff peak of the subsequent rainfall is very limited.3.Water storage roof panel has relatively obvious ability in reduction runoff,but the runoff coefficient decreases with increase of rainfall intensity.4.The control effect of runoff of water storage roof panel under natural rainfall conditions is affected by the rainfall intensity and the peak time of rainfall.(3)By using the different building models,they has paved water storage roof panels and traditional roof panels,respectively,to study its heat insulation and cooling capability,the major conclusions we have drawn are as follows:1.The temperature inside and outside of roof,surface heat convection and the amplitude of surface temperature in water storage roof were significantly less than that in traditional roof.2.The temperature decline coefficient in water storage roof was significantly greater than that in traditional roof.3.The maximum temperature of the inner surface of the earliest and the latest time in water storage roof were s lagging behind that in traditional roof.4.The temperature delay of water storage roof outperforms traditional roof.But the heat insulation and cooling capability of water storage roof was mainly influenced by both moisture constant of itself and weather conditions.(4)The simple feasibility study results show that the water storage roof panel can satisfy the safety demands,and will bring many benefits to environment and society.But its economic benefit coefficient less than 1.
