In the soft soil excavations of the Pearl River Delta,the supporting form which combines the supporting structure and the basement structure has become a new type in recent years because of its economic and security advantages.However,due to the complexity of its structure,it is difficult to accurately analyze the complex deformation characteristics with the classical computational models such as the elastic foundation beam method and the plane finite element method.In this paper,the elastic foundation beam method is used to design a soft soil excavations in Zhongshan and the ABAQUS is carried out to have the 3D finite element simulation research on it.Based on the field monitoring data,the deformation behaviors of the supporting form which combines the steel reinforced concrete pile and the basement slab in the soft soil excavations are studied.The main conclusions are as follows:The steel reinforced cement soil mixing pile effectively utilizes the lateral stiffness of the basement slab and overcomes the problem of the large deformation of the steel reinforced cement soil pile combining the soil nailing supporting in the soft soil area.Some research work on themechanical properties of the system is carried out.But because of the varied depth of the excavations in this scheme,the research on the characteristics and design methods of the excavations are less,which needs further study and discussion.A three-dimensional finite element model considering the interaction of soil,cement soil pile,steel pipe pile and basement slab is established for the supporting system.The constitutive model of soil is based on the Mohr-Coulomb ideal elastic-plastic model which considers it's the failure of the soil when the shear stress at a point is equal to the shear strength of the soil.The comparative analysis between the simulated data and the measured results is carried out and the difference of the curves between the simulated data and the measured data is analyzed.
