The battery has the advantages of good reversibility,voltage stability,long service life and low price.It is widely used.Different types of batteries generally suffer from capacity deficit.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately obtain the actual capacity of batteries in the process of purchasing and using batteries.In view of the current battery capacity testing equipment on the market,the test object is single,and most of them are displayed by digital tube or pointer instrument,which has some limitations.In the battery principle and basic research of battery capacity detection technology and detection methods,the battery capacity testing equipment of the existing study and reference,the basis for the design of the intelligent battery capacity detection system to check the discharge method.This system uses STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core,complete set of each part of the hardware circuit,the sampling data of battery voltage and current,to call the corresponding test subroutine and capacity calculation subroutine to complete detection.The system used LCD 12864 as the display,the testing process can not only display the measured battery during discharge voltage and current value,but also show the capacity of the battery and the battery type,rated voltage and other information,to provide a more friendly interface for users to use,simple operation,intuitive display.In order to improve the sampling accuracy,the TL431 special reference power chip is adopted,which provides the reference power for the A/D sampling.The software part includes the main program of the battery detection system and the design of each part subroutine,especially the intelligent judgment of the battery type and the method of capacity calculation,and makes the key and detailed design.In the debugging process,in order to solve the interference of sampling data and improve the sampling stability,the software of the voltage and current sampling signal is added to the hardware filter based on the hardware filter.In the laboratory environment,the intelligent battery capacity detection system performance test,the experimental results show that the conventional battery system can not only different types of automatic recognition,for special battery rated voltage not exceeding 12V,can be set by the keyboard,the whole process unattended,safe and reliable,and can detect the end stop automatically,and display save the test results,in addition the system also can be used as an independent in the range of 0?10A constant current electronic load to use,to achieve the desired design goals,and has a certain practical value.
